Quotes and enquiries
Submitting the quote form is a request for a price, not a booking. No service is scheduled and no charge arises until a quote has been issued and accepted, and a date has been agreed in writing.
Accuracy of information you provide
Quotes are based on the property details supplied. If the property differs materially from what was described — significantly larger, or in substantially worse condition — the quoted price and time may need to be revised before work proceeds.
Access
Cleaning depends on safe and timely access to the property at the agreed time. Where access cannot be provided, the visit may need to be rescheduled.
